Rooted in the traditions of the Far East, my connection to nature and exploration of self began with influences of Taoism and Buddhism. This path led me to embrace self-healing through yoga, pranayama, and meditation since 1998.

Inspired by my personal transformation through these practices, I have guided others since 2005 in strengthening their practice of aligning to their true self through Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, AyurYoga and nurturing Pregnancy Yoga including Pre, Post and Baby Yoga.

In 2009, my services expanded as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, weaving together traditional wellness practices of Panchakarma, Marma Chikitsa, and Agnihotra with personalized diet and lifestyle guidance.

Being guided through Veda knowledge, in 2010 I began offering Vedic Astrology consultations, deepening the sacred connection between the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda.

My life's journey has immersed me in communities around the world, where I've lived alongside and learned from different cultures, each with their own rich traditions, belief systems, and ways of life. I cherish these profound experiences and the vibrant diversity that exists all around us.

Every individual carries their own unique story, history, and way of moving through the world. In my experience, Jyotiṣa has proven to be the most profound tool available to people from all walks of life, offering both reassurance and reality-checking while providing clear navigation through life's challenges and rewards.
